Ballot for LADC Board of Directors

Pursuant to Article VI, § 2 of the LADC Bylaws, as amended in 2005, LADC members may vote for directors to fill the eleven (11) vacant slots on the LADC Board of Directors. The vacancies are not the usual eleven. In District 5 none are to be elected this year because one director resigned in 2008 after election to judicial office, and thus two directors were elected in District 5 in 2009. In District 6 three are to be elected this year because one director discontinued practicing law.

Members may vote for any or all of the candidates nominated by the Nominating Committee or may write in candidates in the space provided. Members are not restricted to voting for their district.
